Soak in the outdoor spa or sit up on the oceanfront dune top deck and enjoy the view. There is also an indoor, heated pool which is open year 'round ... complete with a translucent roof. Elevators are available - three of them for the building.

Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms, three full baths. Two of the bedrooms have a private bath attached and the third bath is accessible from the living area and third bedroom. There are four TVs, a DVD player, Stereo and WiFi; please bring your own laptop computer. There is also an electric fireplace.

Saturday check in day. No smoking, please. Pets are not permitted. Two covered parking spaces are provided and there is overflow parking available. This fourth floor flat faces north. There is a private hot tub on the deck.

Bed sizes to be determined. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of soap and paper products is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
